Financial Project Controller

Revolution is a group of 50+ architects, designers, engineers, urbanists, researchers and business professionals from all over the world who are based in our Mexico City Office. Our work ranges from an award winning micro house prototype of 7 sqm to aid the medical personnel during COVID to a 40 story innovative skyscapper, we are not limited by scale or typology, we work within the fields of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Master Planning, Urban, Product Development, New Technologies and Emergency Architecture.

Our process always starts with a deep analysis and research of all the variables that can influence on the project development considering economical, social, political, urban and environmental factors. Our design is never defined by style, each project has its own characteristics which respond, most of the time, to the context in which they are. Projects are defined by a given program but we always like to give a little extra, a gift, something that is not required by the client, but its something that we considered can be the added value to the project.

We are led by a group of expert partners, directors and associates, collaborative spirit is esential to our work enviroment.

Revolution strongly believes that the most innovative ideas always come from collaborative work. One person can conceive the first idea, which need time to grow and mature, but the idea only can survive when it is developed, improved and applied. this process must be a collaborative exercise where different personalities and points of view contribute the best for each idea until those thoughts create a new idea which ends up being the final result. We are completely certain that this process is what gives life to each project. Revolution believes , as company, that we must be aware and concern about our staff quality of life. Our goal is to create a great work atmosphere were team work and collaborative process develops human relations and friendships between our colleagues. We incentive our staff to balance their work and personal life so they can be much more productive in both aspects. We don’t believe in traditional work methods, we promote the willingness of each team member to propose new ideas, processes and methods so they can achieve much better results. We hope for the best to create a great company were people can come and develop their own true potential and work in a great and healthy environment.
